| Why havent you put the locator button behind the security pin??????? My child turns it off and I CANT FIND HER!!!!! Lets see going on FIVE YEARS NOW I have been trying to get you to fix this but YOU DONT LISTEN. ATT figured it out BUT NOT YOU.. THANKS FOR NOTHING ! ! ! WHAT a USELESS SERVICE ! ! ! ! |

I think she means move the GPS enable option to the phone security screen.
She may not be aware that Locator works without GPS, but is just less accurate. (That IS correct, isn't it?)

I see.
unfortunately, we have no control over the on-handset functionality... so, it's unlikely we would be able to change the how the "GPS enable" option is accessed on devices. that would be up to Sprint... its certainly something we can bring up with them, but I wouldn't count on this.
yes, correct - SFL does work without GPS enabled on phones, but it is just less accurate. |
